Delete Your Paltrin Account

This page explains how to delete your Paltrin account and associated account data.

Important: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Paltrin app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
4. Tap Delete User Account.
5. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

If you cannot access the app

Email info@paltrin.com from the email address associated with your account
and request account deletion.

Please include:

– Your account email address
– A short request stating that you want your Paltrin account deleted

What data is deleted

– Your account login and authentication record
– Your Paltrin user profile information
– Your user-to-site account associations

What may be retained

Certain limited records may be retained only where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or operational backup purposes, if applicable.
